Real Estate was a natural transition for me, as I have had my own bookkeeping business, running construction companies, property management companies and even real estate companies. My husband Wes was also a developer and home builder as well as a fire dept. captain. So I feel that my well rounded exposure to the real estate world as a whole, makes me very educated and sensitive to customers and clients needs. I tend to see the construction in properties and can often see things (problems as well as sound construction) in the early stages, before you've made an offer and get bad news at the inspection that you have already paid for.
